I craft functional, elegant interfaces—rooted in context, shaped by detail, and built with system thinking.

SaaS application UX/UI Design

Slabstone

Slabstone is a software solution designed for the stonemasonry industry, helping businesses streamline material usage, optimize slab layouts, and generate professional cost estimates quickly. The platform automates pricing based on material, cutting, and processing costs, reducing errors and saving time.  With features like PDF export, client order tracking, and inventory management, Slabstone helps businesses improve efficiency and increase sales.

As the UX/UI designer, I was responsible for the end-to-end design of the application – from initial concept and wireframes to high-fidelity interfaces. I continuously improved the platform based on client feedback, ensuring the product evolved to meet real-world needs. I also worked on designing and implementing new features that expanded the system’s capabilities while maintaining a consistent and intuitive user experience.

Case Study

GymHUB

GymHub is a fitness dashboard designed to give users full control over their workout routines, goals, and nutrition – all in one place. As the UX/UI designer, I focused on creating a seamless and highly personalized experience based on user research, interviews, and competitor analysis. The goal was to address the lack of flexibility in existing fitness apps by allowing users to set their own goals, build custom workout plans, and track meals using their own recipes. The final design combines clean, energetic visuals with intuitive navigation, making it easy for users to stay motivated and monitor their progress over time.

App improvement

Tabata Timer

The Tabata Timer app was a deep dive into designing for simplicity and speed – two things essential for high-intensity interval training. Created during my time at Make It Better RPA, the challenge was to fit all key features into a single screen while keeping the interface clean, intuitive, and responsive. I focused on user behavior during workouts: large, legible timers, dynamic button states that adapt as the session progresses, and locked settings to prevent accidental interruptions. Every detail – from color-coded buttons to ergonomic placement – was designed to reduce friction and keep users focused on what matters: the workout. This project is a great example of how thoughtful UX can turn a simple idea into a smart, user-centered product.

Lupus

While working at Make It Better RPA, I had the opportunity to design the website for Lupus ICS, a company specializing in electrical systems, fire protection, logistics, and cable routing solutions. The goal was to present their wide range of services clearly and professionally, while reflecting their technical expertise and reliability. Starting with in-depth stakeholder workshops and industry research, I crafted a clean information architecture that guides users straight to the services they need, whether it’s electrical installations, fire safety, or cable management.

WordPress Website

Logisite Construction

This project involved end-to-end design and content development for a one-page website representing a construction logistics provider operating across the EU. The challenge was to translate raw service data and spoken client input into clear, structured communication – both in English and Polish – while maintaining a serious and competent tone throughout.

I led the process from content strategy to image curation and visual logic: categorizing services, condensing technical descriptions, and creating a consistent visual identity grounded in realism. The layout was optimized for Divi (WordPress), with modular sections supporting mobile and desktop readability.
